Bollywood star on reinventing himself

Tiger Shroff on reinventing himself. Tiger Shroff is known for his versatile roles and breathtaking action flicks. He is now getting ready to entertain movie lovers with his film Ganpath-A Hero is Born which is releasing on 20 October 2023.

"It's a truly distinct cinematic experience," he stated, underscoring the unique nature of the film. "We're immersing viewers in an entirely different world, and the action itself is in a league of its own." He went on to elaborate that the action sequences are nothing short of 'futuristic,' revolving around the central theme of 'the chosen one' bringing harmony and order to a fractured world.

Addressing parallels drawn between him and legends like Bruce Lee and Michael Jackson, Tiger humbly admitted, "My journey is a reflection of their influences. I constantly challenge myself to surpass prior performances, consistently setting a higher benchmark for action in each of my films. My goal is to captivate and entertain audiences of all backgrounds."

When it comes to bearing the mantle of an 'action superstar,' Tiger acknowledged the weight of the title, saying, "Yes, the responsibility to uphold this legacy is very real. Having spent 9 years in this industry, I've embodied action in all my films. In 'Baaghi 1,' I took on an entire building, in 'Baaghi 2,' I faced a formidable jungle, and in 'Baaghi 3,' I tackled an entire nation. The stakes keep escalating—be it the premise, geography, budgets, or landscapes. Reimagining myself within this realm is undeniably challenging, but I believe there's still a wealth of uncharted territory to explore."

Expressing regret over not sharing scenes with Amitabh Bachchan in the movie, Tiger conveyed his profound respect for the 'living legend,' considering it an honor to be part of the same film.

Significantly, he highlighted the film as a reunion with co-star Kriti Sanon, remarking, "It's been nine years since our debut film, 'Heropanti,' and I'm genuinely thrilled to collaborate with her again." Directed by Vikas Bahl and featuring the esteemed presence of Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role, the film promises to be an extraordinary cinematic venture.
