Big B on singing Mere Angane Mein

Amitabh shares Mere Angane Mein experience. In a recent episode of KBC 15, Amitabh Bachchan, affectionately known as Big B, shared an amusing anecdote about the popular song "Mere Angne Mein" from the movie "Laawaris" and how he was asked to sing it by director Prakash Mehra.

During the episode, Big B introduced an audio question related to the song and appeared visibly embarrassed as the song played. He even directed an irritated glance at the computer, questioning why they included this particular question in the game. With a hint of exasperation, he asked, "Which of these is true for the song in the audio?" As the song continued playing, he exclaimed, "Hey bhagwan, that’s enough! Please stop playing the song. I don’t know why… I now wonder what options computer ji would present."

The multiple-choice options for the question were: the director is the singer, the actor is the singer, the actor is the director, and the composer is the director. The contestant swiftly chose the correct option – 'the actor is the singer,' prompting Big B to chuckle and quip, "The actor is the singer, and what a bad singer."
