BJP AP wing's top leader Kanna Lakshmi Narayana has been exhibiting his unrest against the party's AP chief Somu Veerraju for the past couple of months. He alleged that Somu Veerraju sidelined him in the party. Finally, Kanna tendered his resignation to the BJP and sent his resignation letter to the party's national president JP Nadda.
Hitherto, it was widely speculated that Kanna will be joining the Janasena party this month end. Had he joined the JSP, the bond between the JSP and the BJP would have broken and which might have paved the way for the alliance of Janasena and TDP.
But then, nothing of that sort happened. Kanna took an eleventh hour decision to join TDP instead of JSP. Perhaps, Janasena might have closed the doors for Kanna to keep in tact with BJP only. With no option left, Kanna preferred to join TDP. He is likely to contest from Guntur (West) as an MLA candidate.
Here, the million dollar question is whether Kanna's decision would make any impact on the possible alliance between JSP and TDP. For the time being, everything is ambiguous.
