The examination and hearing of charges against the ten accused in the multi-crore Satyam Accounting Fraud Case was today deferred till July 29.
The XXI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Special Court) trying the infamous multi-crore Satyam Computer Company scam case has adjourned the case to Thursday.
According to the CBI prosecutors, a questionnaire regarding the charges will be sent to the principal accused Ramalinga Raju who was undergoing medical treatment in the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta. Barring Ramalinga Raju, all the nine accused, who are on bail, were present in the court today.
The investigating officers exuded confidence that the entire trial of the accused will be concluded in about six months.
