Former Minister Konathala Ramakrishna accompanied him. Earlier Jagan went to Kothapeta in Kotabomalli mandal and addressed a gathering of villagers. Jagan also went to Parlapadu village in Nandigama mandal in the wee hours to sympathise with the bereaved family of Nirmala who died immediately after learning about the death of YSR.

He visited Saravakota, Jalumuru and Polak in the Assembly constituency. On his way back at Bhairy Junction Jagan addressed a roadside gathering.

Commenting on the huge response to the Odarpu Yatra, TDP president N Chandrababu said in Hyderabad that the huge crowd is the result of `'money spent on the claque and the efforts made by the organisers.''
