Naidu wants AP to emulate TN, Karnataka on quota to Muslims

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday demanded that the state government provide four percent reservation to the minority communities in education and job sector to help uplift them economically and socially.

Addressing a programme organized under the TDP Minority Cell at Indira Park, he urged the state government to take foolproof measures to ensure four per cent reservation for Muslims.

Reiterating that he was committed to the welfare of minorities, he said governments in Tamil Nadu and Kerala were implementing the Muslim reservations effectively.
