Muslim Advocates Forum president K Hyder Ali on Saturday urged the Government to restore four percent reservation for Muslims immediately.
Ali told reporters at the Press club that the government should raise the reservation for Muslims to 10 percent. He sought a constitutional amendment to implement Ranganath Mishra panel recommendations for Muslims as they are socially, economically and educationally backward.
He threatened to launch an agitation if the government did not restore reservations for Muslims. case effectively.
