Hyderabad, Feb 5: In a bid to draw public attention and to make their presence felt, the state unit of Bharatiya Janata Party will organize a “Chalo Raj Bhavan” rally on February 7 in protest against the spiralling prices of essential commodities.Speaking to the media here on Friday, BJP state president Bandaru Dattatreya said ``the Congress Party returned to power on the “Pedala Nestham Congress’’ plank, but the Government became a ‘Bhasmasura’ (demon Bhasmasura) for the toiling millions in the state.
’’Hitting out at the Centre, he said ``the state and the Union government are watching as mute spectators while the prices are sky-rocketing .’’``Still distressing is the fact that the Government is contemplating to revise the prices of petroleum products, ‘’ Dattatreya said.Senior leaders M Venkaiah Naidu, Nallu Indrasena Reddy, BJP floor leader in the Assembly, Kishan Reddy will take part in the 'Chalo Raj Bhavan' rally.
