Hyderabad, Aug 07:-
Telugu Desam party is not a single man’s property, so the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu does not have any right to demand our resignation from the party echoed the two rebel MLAs of TDP here on Friday.
Speaking to the media in the assembly premises on Friday they were not coerced by any one to take this extreme step. As reported earlier the two MLAS N Prasannakumar Reddy of Mantralayam and Y Bala Nagi Reddy of Kovvur in Nellore district released to the media on Thursday a strongly worded letter addressed to Chandrababu Naidu. In the letter they denounced Chandrababu Naidu and stated that the party and the cadre had lost faith in the leadership of Chandrababu.
The party is losing its direction, so we raised a few questions on various issues to which the TDP chief should come out with a reply. We will not leave the party, we have a right to question when something is going wrong. Only after taking into consideration the views of our supporters back in our constituencies then we will decide whether to stay in the party or not, they made a joint statement.
Meanwhile a Srinivasulu Naidu, a leader of TDP from Rangareddy district resigned from the party in view of Devender Goud rejoining the TDP on Friday. He questioned Chandrababu Naidu as how he could invite a person Like Devender Goud who has no political values to rejoin TDP.
