Hyderabad, Jan 22: The senior leader of the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP), Mr Kotagiri Vidyadhara Rao, on Friday accused the Sircilla MLA, Mr K Taraka Rama Rao, who is the son of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president, Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao, of instigating certain persons to physically attack the PRP founder president, Mr K Chiranjeevi.“The people of the State will teach a fitting lesson to Mr Taraka Rama Rao for making sweeping remarks against Mr Chiranjeevi,” Mr Vidyadhara Rao told media persons here.
The PRP leader was referring to certain recent ramersk made by Mr Taraka Rama Rao against Mr Chiranjeevi. “He (Mr Taraka Rama Rao) is provoking the people and thus gave such staments,” the PRP leader felt.Mr Vidyadhara Rao said that the TRS president, Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao, did nto utter even a single word as long as he was with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). “What his son will now say about this. Mr Taraka Rama Rao owes an explanation for this,” he added.Simply blaming some one for taking a particular stand only exposes the lack of knowledge on the matter.
Before making such allegations Mr Taraka Rama Rao would have made some hoem work to know about the commitment of others on the subject, he stated.Mr Vidyadhara Rao demanded the PRP MLA, Mr Maheswara Reddy, quit his post as he is not eligible to continue as a party legislator even for a minute sine he (the MLA) criticised the party chief. “The MLA had criticised Mr Chiranjeevi for adopting the United Andhra Pradesh stand. This is highly unbercoming on the part of the party legislator and thsu Mr Maheswara Reddy should resign to the Assembly memebrship immediately,” he added.
