The YSR Congress Party on Saturday came down heavily on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu saying that he was indulging in political corruption by encouraging defections.
Speaking to media persons at the party office here, YSRC leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said that the TDP chief was completely focusing on buying YSRCP MLAs and has neglected governance in the state. He said that the TDP government has lost the moral right to rule the state as it was indulging in corrupt practices.
The YSRCP leader said that Chandrababu Naidu has dual standards on defections. On one hand, TDP approaches courts when TD MLAs defect to ruling party in Telangana, while in AP, the TDP itself indulges in horse trading, he remarked.
He alleged that the TDP chief was promising the Opposition MLAs to accommodate in the next election saying that the Assembly seats would go up. He said that the TDP has huge unaccounted money and through this it was luring Opposition MLAs into their fold.
