DK threatens to move no-confidence motion against KCR Govt

Major Opposition in Telangana State Legislative Assembly on Saturday termed the suspension of 11 Opposition MLA from the House as undemocratic and against the legislative norms.

Speaking to media persons, former minister and Gadwal MLA DK Aruna said that the TRS government has violating Assembly norms and warned that the Congress would move no-confidence motion against the KCR government.

Aruna said that the TRS government afraid of taking up discussion on defections and hence suspended the members for raising the issue. She accused KCR of indulging in political corruption by encouraging defections. She alleged that the state government was trying to suppress the voice of Opposition by hook and crook.

The Congress leader said that even if the TRS government tries to suppress the Opposition voice, the party would expose the wrongdoings of the KCR government by going public. Congress will expose the corrupt practices of TRS government at all public forum, she added.  She said that the people were watching the actions of the government as to how it was running away from major issues like corruption, free KG to PG education among other issues.
