YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition in AP Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday demanded the resignation of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for alleging that his party failed to get AP granted special status.
Speaking to media after the Assembly session, Jagan lashed out at the CM alleging that he was adopting double standards on the SCS issue.
Jagan Mohan Reddy also called for AP bandh on Saturday to protest against the Centre’s denial of special category status to AP. He appealed the people to participate in the bandh to express their ire over the Centre’s indifferent attitude towards AP.
