Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K Tarakarama Rao said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao took steps to solve all the issues pertaining to real estate sector in the state and this would pave way for a major boost in the sector.
Speaking at a programme at Hitex along with Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy, KTR stated that a comprehensive plan for Hyderabad development would be brought out in three months. The plan will address the key civic problems like roads, clogging of rain waters and others and added that the plan will be one of its kind in the country to ensure that such problems will be addressed at the earliest.
The Chief Minister is making efforts to develop Telangana State as number one state in the country and every sector is keenly looking at us for making rapid strides he said adding that the realty sector will see a new leap in the state and become a role model for others. Hyderabad development plan is cards and to be unveiled in three months, the IT Minister maintained.
