Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao said that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi has created history at the national level by winning six MLC seats unanimously.
The newly elected MLCs - P. Satish Kumar, Bhoopathi Reddy, T. Bhanu Prasad Rao, N. Laxman Rao, V. Bhoopal Reddy and Konda Muralidhar Rao, called on the Chief Minister at his camp office on Monday and thanked him for ensuring their victory. Speaking on the occasion, KCR said the landslide victory in Warangal Lok Sabha by-elections and now unanimous victory on half of MLC seats that went to polls have proved that people were with the TRS Government. He said he would convene a meeting with all TRS MLCs after the completion of elections for remaining six seats.
KCR said he would tour all 119 Assembly constituencies in a phased manner to review and resolve the problems being faced by the local residents. He advised the newly elected MLCs to take the State Government's welfare schemes to the people
