Investigators on Friday after identifying Mr. Aravapalli Nagaraju alias Srikanth Raju as the main person who was in the mob that attacked the Telugu Desam Legislature Party deputy leader, Nagam Janardhan Reddy is arrested today morning in Nalgonda district.
Srikanth already spoke to a couple of TV news channels over phone admitting to his role in the attack since he felt that the TDP was not actively supporting the cause of Telangana.
Police are yet to confirm, whether the attack was planned or a consequence of a spontaneous outburst of the mob. Meanwhile, Talli Telangana party leader Vijayashanthi has rejected the rumors about her connection with either Srikanth Raju or with the incident in Osmania.
