The office of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday dismissed the reports that appeared in a section of media about creation of 12 new districts in the State.
“This is to clarify in this regard that the Government has constituted a committee under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary and the basic work of collection of data, specific features, etc., has just started. The committee is yet to formulate its proposals and therefore, any speculation in this regard is pre-mature, baseless and misleading,” the CMO said.
