Many analysts said that, it was an interesting stand taken by Chiranjeevi to go for “United Andhra,” as that is the only way left for him to win the love of Andhra people because formation of Telangana separate state is an imminent responsibility on the central government for which much of the credit goes to TRS and Congress.
With virtual wiping of PRP from all the Telangana districts, most of its local leaders and small number of cadres jumped into TRS and Congress. In Medak and Mahabubnagar districts, there is not even a single PRP flag or flag post or even a small office of PRP still existing.
With this kind of valor shown by Telangana PRP leaders to wipe out the party from their region, Chiranjeevi’s tour to Seemandhra supporting “United Andhra” movement may not be continued into Telangana districts. Even if he dares to do so, the massive TRS youth and cadres along with rebellion PRP leaders may strike hard at him.
