TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy, who was arrested in the 'Cash for Vote' case on May 31, has moved the Hyderabad High Court to seek bail.
Following rejection of bail by the Special Court for ACB Cases, Revanth Reddy's lawyers on Monday moved a bail petition in the High Court. Stating that Revanth Reddy's arrest was part of a larger political conspiracy, his lawyers appealed the High Court to grant bail and assured that he would abide by all the conditions.
The other accused in the case, Rudra Udaysimha and Harry Sebastian, too have moved bail applications in the High Court. All three bail petitions have been accepted for hearing by the High Court.
