In protestation against the arrest of Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, many Congress cadres in Vijayawada are indulging in violent activities roaring the slogans of “Samaikhyandhra Zindabad.”
Shops, restaurants, entertainment halls and petrol bunks are voluntarily closed. Few of the Congress party men have entered the Andhra Ratna Bhavan and are threatening for giving their lives with petrol bottles in their hands if Lagadapati Rajagopal is not released from Police custody.
