The Congress leaders from Seemandhra region are planning to launch a Bus Yatra in Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra regions for the campaigning in local bodies elections.
The Seemandhra leaders, who met here on Monday, have reportedly decided to launch the bus yatra from March 21. Besides Seemandhra PCC chief Dr N Raghuveera Reddy, union minister K Chiranjeevi, former ministers Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, Vatti Vasanth Kumar and C Ramachandraiah will lead the bus yatras.
The bus yatra will be launched from Srikakulam and will conclude in Anantapur. The leaders plan to tour at least two districts a day while cover all 13 districts in the Seemandhra region.
