Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLA K Tarakarama Rao on Monday filed a defamation case against the ABN Andhra Jyothi newspaper and TV channel MD Radhakrishna on the charges of propagating false allegations against him.
The criminal defamation suit has been filed in the Nampally criminal court alleging that the media house carried baseless and false news stories aimed at tarnishing KTR's image. In his petition, KTR referred to a series of stories carried out by the newspaper and channel linking him to a settlement deal.
