The all party meeting on Babli project has concluded here with the government giving an assurance that a delegation will be taken to Delhi to put their view point before the Centre.
The meeting held here with representatives all parties contending that the Babli project will hamper water the agriculture prospects of the state. The project coming up in the neighboring state will curtail the flow of river Godavari waters to the state.
After the Chief Minister assured that a delegation of all party leaders would be going to Delhi to impress upon the Centre the disadvantage the State would be in, with Maharashtra going ahead with the Babli project.
Supreme Court has recently given a nod to the Babli project.
However, there is no response whether or not the State would file a review petition.
