Meanwhile, the CBI has filed a petition in the court seeking permission to conduct Narco analysis test on Jaganmohan Reddy. After hearing the CBI's arguments, the court adjourned the next hearing to June 14.

Jagan Mohan Reddy has also raised serious objection over the jail officials over bringing him in a ordinary bus despite him having 'Z' category security. The court ordered that he be given a bullet-proof car. After hearing the arguments, the court sought an explanation from the jail officials and adjourned the hearing on it to June 14.

Earlier, Jagan Mohan Reddy has sought permission from the court to speak to his wife and mother.

Jagan was arrested on May 27 by the CBI after three-day questioning at the Dilkusha Guest House over alleged investments to the tune of several hundred crores from various individuals and companies into his businesses, for the alleged favours granted by the then Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's regime during 2004-09.

In its three charge sheets filed against Jagan and others, the CBI alleged that he and his late father hatched a conspiracy to defraud the government with Jagan influencing Rajasekhara Reddy in doling out certain favours to various investors, who made investments of several crores into Jagan's businesses.
