The last chances of YS Jaganmohan Reddy to get a bail has been dissolved as the quash petition filed by his lawyers has been dismissed by High Court Justice Chandra Kumar few minutes ago. He ordered CBI to take Jagan into their custody. Lawyers on behalf of CBI explained that three charge sheets are already filed and investigations are on for 32 more offences which might invite more charge sheets and Jagan is needed in the custody for questioning on these allegations.
So, court granted the custody from tomorrow (3rd June) till 7th June that is for five days where in CBI can interrogate Jagan from 10 AM to 5 PM. In fact, this is like a victory for CBI officers who fought with their arguments for 14 hours against Jagan’s team of advocates who questioned the legality in arrest and investigation. Let us see, how many more proofs CBI will acquire in next five days of grilling.
