No need for KCR fast, says Sailajanath

Minister for Primary Education S Sailajanath on Tuesday described TRS president, K Chandrasekhar Rao’s proposal to intensify Telangana agitation as a political gimmick which lacks conviction.

“The motive behind renewing the agitation is to come to hog limelight and further his own and his family interests besides cheating people,” he told reporters here. This time around, people of the region are not in a position to believe KCR and they will teach him a fitting lesson, he said.

“It is unfortunate for KCR to renew agitation at a time when the Centre began consultations process with all stakeholders concerned,” he said.
