The ministers who do not like to work under the leadership of K Rosaiah can quit and chose their own option. This statement was made by Palvai Govardhan Reddy, a senior Congress leader here on Tuesday. Govardhan Reddy came out with this statement after meeting Congress Working Committee member Keshava Rao at his residence on Tuesday.
It is only a handful of selfish people close to Jaganmohan Reddy who are trying to create a rift in the party by propagating that we are standing as stumbling blocks in making Jagan as Chief Minister. He said that there is no truth in such statements.
The senior leader who hails from Manugode in Nalgonda district is happy that 90 per cent of the legislatures are in favour of standing by Congress High Command’s decision. This is a good sign for the party. There may be some differences here and there but that does not mean we should resent the leadership of K Rosaiah who was asked by the high command to take charge of the state.
