Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) Director A N Safaya on Tuesday stated Sri Sathya Sai Baba continues to be in a critical state of health.
In a medical bulletin released on Tuesday evening, Dr Safaya stated that the vital parameters of Satya Sai Baba are quite stable and satisfactory although the vital organs are showing slow response to the treatment.
He said that Baba’s vital systems, including liver, are showing minimal response to the treatment, which is a cause of worry for the doctors.
Dr Safaya stated that the godman still continues to be assisted on ventilation and his kidneys are supported by CRRT system of dialysis.
“His blood pressure continues to show periodic fluctuations, which is being corrected by appropriate drugs,” he stated.
Dr Safaya said the panels of doctors are hopeful of the eventual success of the treatment being given to him.
