Telangana Rashtra Samithi Floor Leader Etala Rajender on Monday declared that his party MLAs would stall the proceedings in the Assembly until the government introduces a resolution urging the Centre to table a Bill on Telangana state in Parliament.
Talking to media persons at Assembly Media Point, the TRS Floor Leader alleged that the government has totally failed to respect the sentiments and aspirations of Telangana people who are demanding Telangana.
Rajender said that the administration in all 10 Telangana districts has come to a standstill as the government employees have extended their total support to the noncooperation agitation called by Telangana Political Joint Action Committee demanding introduction of Telangana Bill in Parliament.
The TRS MLA called on the Telangana people to make the 48-hour bandh call, given by Telangana Political Joint Action Committee convenor Kodandaram on Tuesday and Wednesday a grand success.
He thanked the Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers for extending their support to the bandh.
