100-day action plan to focus on easing traffic flow

Traffic on the busy Greenlands to Begumpet Airport stretch will soon become more free flowing after the authorities on Thursday revealed that three properties which were blamed for the bottleneck would be soon acquired and the road widened.

The Nala on the stretch would also be covered with a slab so that the bottleneck, which has been blamed for the traffic jams on the stretch can be removed.

This is part of the efforts of ongoing Chief Minister’s 100-days action plan for city development. The authorities claimed that 40 per cent of the target set by the Chief Minister’s 100-day action plan for city development has been achieved in the 40 days since the plan has been put into motion.
