Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will take an all-party delegation to New Delhi before January 31 to pursue the categorization of SCs, stated Minister for Social Welfare Pithani Satyanarayana.
Talking to media persons, Mr Satyanarayana said the Chief Minister has decided to take an all-party delegation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to address the issue.
He appealed to Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti leader Manda Krishna Madiga to withdraw his indefinite fast at the Gandhi hospital and come for discussion with the Chief Minister to find a solution to issue.
The health condition of Krishna Madiga, whose fast entered the sixth day on Friday, deteriorated with the falling levels of blood sugar and blood pressure.
He was refused to undergo treatment until the government announces a specific date for taking an all-party delegation to New Delhi.
