Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday stated that the next Chief Minister, who can be from any of the three regions, but the struggle for a Telangana will continue till a separate state is achieved.
KCR told media persons that the next Chief Minister can hail from any region, but he will not have the power to suppress the Telangana agitation or stop the state from being bifurcated.
The TRC chief participated in a ‘Coolie Pani’ (Manual Labour) programme through which funds were collected for the party’s ‘Mahagarjana’.
As part of the ‘coolie Pani’ Kcr mixed cement mortar in an under-construction building at Ramanthapur. He given Rs 4 lakh from the building owner for his services. Later, KCR also painted a wall in an apartment at Chilkanagar in Uppal, for which he was paid Rs 3 lakh.
The TRC chief also called on his party members to participate in the ‘Coolie Pani’ programme and make it a grand success. He advised his party activists to work as labourers from Wednesday to Friday and thus earn money to successfully conduct the Mahagarjana.
He later started for Warangal where he has participated in such programmes to collect money for the Mahagarjana in December.
