Yesterday turned out to be the delightful day for the people of Andhra Pradesh and especially those in Vizag. Union Government headed by PM Modi announced Rs. 11,440 crore to revive the Vizag Steel Plant, thus ending all the speculation over its privatisation.
In the midst of all this, speculation is how it was possible. Many say, Dy CM, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan made it possible with his close ties with PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other top central leaders. It is known that Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena achieved 100% strike rate, the first of its kind winning all the 21 assembly and 2 loksabha seats it contested and then played key role when the BJP led coalition won all the seats Pawan campaigned for the party in the Maharasthra elections.
From then on PM Modi started giving importance to Pawan Kalyan. Most of the 21 seats Pawan won in AP belong to the coastal region and in and around Vizag. So Pawan Kalyan influenced and convinced PM Modi to take decision against Vizag steel plant privatisation.
It seems Pawan Kalyan is privy to these developments and that the announcement will come yesterday itself. That was the reason why the song Maata Vinaali which he sang in Hari Hara Veera Mallu which was supposed to release during Sankranti and even earlier got postponed multiple times. It is known that Pawan himself sang the song in various languages.
