The floor leader of Telangana Rashtra Samithi Etala Rajender on Thursday alleged that Secondary Education Minister D Manikya Vara Prasad was not acting on the Cabinet Sub-Committee report set up for District Selection Committee-2008.
Talking to media persons on Assembly premises, Mr Rajender said the Minister was not doing justice to Telangana teacher aspirants and showing partiality and acting against the interests of Telangana candidates in the implementation of Cabinet sub-committee report.
The TRS leader alleged that the Minister was recruiting the posts reserved for physical handicapped in Telangana districts with Coastal Andhra candidates violating the sub-committee recommendations.
He also blamed the government for not regularising the services of 1950 non-teaching staff members working in agency areas though the former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy issued orders since long back.
The TRS leader said he would submit a memorandum to Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Friday to press these demands.
