Chief Minister K Rosaiah took strong exception to former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu calling the Prime Minister a ‘sadist’.
Speaking to media persons at the Secretariat on Wednesday, the Chief Minister wondered how a person of his stature could stoop to levelling such a hostile and unpalatable remark against the country's Prime Minister, who is well known as an economist of international repute.
The Chief Minister stated that he had taken Mr Naidu’s tirade against him in his stride with tolerance and patience since long, but the TDP chief had crossed the line by using such disparaging words against the Prime Minister.
Expressing concern over the remarks, Mr Rosaiah said that Mr Naidu was speaking out of frustration and advised him to check his behaviour.
Referring to the appointment with the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister revealed that the TDP chief had disregarded protocol and allowed his personal secretary to write to Dr Manmohan Singh for appointment.
Among others, APCC president D Srinivas, Lok Satta Party president Jayaprakash Narayan met the Prime Minister while he was leaving for New Delhi yesterday.
