With Chandrababu Naidu back in power, a wave of optimism has swept through Andhra Pradesh, particularly in the capital region of Amaravati. The expectation is that business and commercial activity will flourish under his leadership. However, the resurgence of Amaravati's real estate market has been accompanied by a worrying trend – illegal layouts cropping up without proper permissions.

While Chandrababu has focused on correcting the mistakes of the previous government and is set to implement his own vision in the coming months, some opportunistic businessmen have exploited the situation. Capitalizing on the perceived revival of Amaravati, they have begun establishing unauthorized layouts and selling plots, even using Chandrababu's name to attract buyers.

This has led to concerns, as unsuspecting individuals, including those from neighboring states, have purchased plots in these illegal ventures. The government has received numerous complaints regarding this issue, prompting the CRDA authorities to take action.

CRDA officials have issued warnings to unscrupulous developers, like Babu Vachcharani, threatening legal action if they don't cease their illegal activities. The authorities have launched a crackdown on these unauthorized layouts, removing fences, boundary stones, and roads constructed without proper approval.

While Chandrababu's return has undoubtedly brought a boost to Amaravati's real estate sector, it is imperative for the government to act swiftly and decisively against these illegal ventures. The government needs to ensure that the positive momentum in Amaravati is not overshadowed by illegal activities, and that the development of the capital region is carried out transparently and responsibly.
