Politicians who cursed CBN are getting duly rewarded

Curse CBN to get Key Posts

Politicians who cursed CBN are getting duly rewarded. As Chandra Babu Naidu takes the reins of Andhra Pradesh once again, the TDP is navigating a complex political landscape, where past criticisms and party loyalties are being scrutinized.

During the previous YSRCP government (2019-2024), several leaders, including Roja, Kodali Nani, Ambati Ram Babu, and Jogi Ramesh, rose to prominence while actively criticizing and defaming Chandra Babu. These actions were seen by many as a trend of using personal attacks for political gain.

Now, as the TDP returns to power, there is a palpable sense of anticipation among the party's cadre. Many believe that those who targeted Naidu personally during his time in opposition will face consequences. They also hope that individuals who defected from other parties and attacked Chandra Babu will not be given prominent positions in the TDP.

However, recent appointments suggest that Chandra Babu may have a more forgiving attitude towards past critics. Kolusu Parthasarthi, who frequently criticized Chandra Babu while with the Congress and YSRCP before joining the TDP, has been appointed as the Minister of Housing and IPR.

Similarly, veteran politician C. Rama Chandraiah, who has held various party affiliations and consistently criticized Naidu's policies, is now in contention for an MLC post.

These appointments have raised eyebrows among some long-time TDP supporters, who feel that Chandra Babu should prioritize those who fiercely fought against the YSRCP in opposition and those who sacrificed strong seats to support the Janasena and BJP.

The TDP's approach to balancing past loyalties with the need for political pragmatism will be a key factor in shaping the party's future. As the government settles into its new term, the impact of these decisions on party unity and public perception will be closely observed.
