State mourns YSR's death for the 2nd consecutive day

HYDERABAD, Sept 4 :

Routine life all over the state of Andhra Pradesh came to a stand still for second consecutive day to mourn the deathe of their departed leader Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy who died in a helicopter crash on Wednesday

On Friday, two days after the death of YSR, schools, colleges, offices, shops and business establishments across the state remained closed as a mark of respect to their departed leader.

Mourners and sympathisers from the remote places of the state are still pouring into the capital to have a glimpse of the mortal remains of their beloved CM.

Streets in the City wore a deserted a look while the roads in the vicinity of the camp office of the Chief Minister and the Lal Bahadur Stadium were crowded with mourners and police personnel.

Public transport was also in disarray and only skeletal services were operated by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. IT companies Banks and even the ATMS in some areas were closed. Petrol bunks too remained closed for the second consecutive day causing inconvenience to the two wheelers while the restaurants wore a deserted look.
