Local war between Revanth Reddy and Eatela Rajender.Etala Rajendar, the BJP's candidate for the Medchal-Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat, has challenged Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy's assertion that he is a local candidate from the constituency.
Rajendar pointed out that Revanth Reddy lacks a residence and educational background in the constituency, suggesting that he is exploiting local sentiment for political advantage. Speaking at a gathering in Medchal town, Rajendar emphasized that he completed his education, from school to university, in various institutions across Hyderabad.
Rajendar criticized Revanth Reddy for allegedly neglecting the interests of the Medchal-Malkajgiri constituency after being elected, particularly following his defeat in the Kodangal Assembly segment. He accused Revanth Reddy of failing to undertake substantial work and of being inaccessible to local residents. Highlighting the electorate's rejection of the Congress party, Rajendar noted that not a single MLA or corporator from the area represents the party.
Furthermore, Rajendar witnessed the induction of several local leaders from other parties into the BJP, including councilor Srinivas Goud, Chandra Reddy, and others. This development underscores the growing support for the BJP in the constituency.
