Young Hero Akash Puri as the son of Dashing Director Puri Jagannadh, has an easy ticket to enter films. He made his debut as a child actor with his father's directorial Chirutha which also marks the debut of Ram Charan into films. Then he starred as a child actor in 7 films including biggest blockbuster Gabbarsingh.
His film as a child lead actor, The Lotus Pond won accolades and even find its entry into International Children's Film Festival. Then he made his entry as a lead actor with Andhra Pori in 2015. After taking a break, he starred in big ticket film Mehbooba directed by Puri Jagannadh.
Though he is trying hard to make a name for himself, he is yet to get a big break. He starred in Romantic and Chor Bazaar, both won praises for his performance but disappointed at the box office.
