Shah Rukh Khan suffered nose bleeding but sources share that the injuries were minor and nothing to worry. After medical attention, Shah Rukh Khan continued shooting for his film. He was seen with a bandage to his nose. It is coming out that after the injury, Shah Rukh underwent surgery.
A source shares" SRK was shooting in Los Angeles for a project and he ended up hurting his nose. He began bleeding and was immediately rushed to a hospital.”
It also added, "His team was informed by the doctors that there was nothing to worry about and that King Khan would need to undergo minor surgery to stop the bleeding.
