King Khan Shahrukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan Even before her debut project as an actor, is busy spreading her alternate income sources. The aspiring actor, who is just 23-years-old, is reportedly already an owner of a property in Alibaug, an island town in Maharashtra as she has bought an agricultural property in Alibaug’s Thal village for a Rs 12.91 crore. The registration documents of this property describe Suhana as an “agriculturist”.
Suhana has acquired a 1.5-acre agricultural land along with 2,218 sq ft of structures on it. She has purchased the land from three sisters Anjali, Rekha and Priya Khot, who inherited the land from their parents and has paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh. Suhana’s property is registered in the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, on which Gauri Khan’s mother Savita Chhibber and sister Namita Chhibber are directors.
Shahrukh too has a lavish sea-facing property in Alibaug, and often hosts parties for his family and friends. On SRK’s 52nd birthday he had thrown a lavish birthday bash at the bungalow. It also has a swimming pool and a helipad. The Thal village, where Suhana’s new property rests, is a 12-minute drive from centre of Alibaug town.
On the work front, Suhana graduated with degree in acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2022. She signed Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix film The Archies a couple of years ago and the film will soon drop on the streaming platform. The trailer of the film was launched at Netflix’s event Tudum in Brazil last week. Before becoming an actor, Suhana is flooded with brand endorsement offers.
