The Kerala Story created a huge controversy. It is known that Adah Sharma starred in The Kerala Story directed by Sudipto Sen. The film highlighted the woes of the missing girls who were coerced to convert to Islam before turning them into ISIS terrorists or sex slaves.
The film was banned by a few states while few states gave them tax exemption. However, the film is shaking the box office with record-breaking collections. In the midst of all this, Adah Sharma celebrated her birthday on 11 May 2023 and she celebrated it by reciting the Shiv Tandav Stotram.
Sharing her experience, she posted "The secret of my energy. The energy that allows me to accept bouquets and face bans. Thank you all of you for making me yours (sic)." She is now starring in the film titled The Game of Girgit and she will be seen as a cop in the film.
