Celebs' double standards are exposed. Celebrities differentiated between Balagam, Rangamarthanda, and Dasara. People are now wondering why celebrities who boast that they always support good cinema and shower praises on them are differentiating between small and big films.
It is known that in the last couple of months, three films caught the attention of all. They Venu Yeldandi's Balagam, Krishna Vamsi's Rangamarthanda, and Nani's Dasara. Venu Yeldandi's Balgam got good reviews right from critics and movie lovers.
The film is stealing the hearts of all and people are showing interest in watching the film in theatres even though it is available on OTT. The film also won many international awards and despite this, except for a few celebrities most of them maintained a stoic silence.
This is in stark contrast to Krishna Vamsi's Rangamarthanda. Even before the film's release, the celebrities watched premiers every day and sang praises of the film. Despite such promotions and positive reviews, theatres sported a deserted look for Rangamarthanda. Nani's Dasara directed by Srikanth Odela got good responses and reviews but it is not in the range of Balagam.
Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, and even Rajamouli heaped praises on Dasara. The question is why all these stars and celebrities are silent on Balagam and why aren't they coming out with encouraging words on the film.
