Srikanth who was a promising hero and was a go to hero for love stories and family dramas. He earned much popularity as a youthful hero. His films became promising for makers and buyers earning a notable position among heroes. Srikanth who was introduced to films in a small negative roles has slowly turned into lead actor as one among two heroes films.
Stikanth's first break as a full length solo hero came with Taj Mahal in 1995. With Pellisandadi in 1996 turning out to be Industry Hit, there is no turning back for Srikanth. He became a ruglar hero in SV Krishna Reddy and EVV Satyanarayana 's films which took his career further heights. He has became a household name for his middle class, Boy-Next-Door roles.
During early 2000's Srikanth rose to new stardom with back to back hits, Preyasi Raave, Kshemanga velli Labhamga Randi, Chala Bagundi. His films always became decent hits earning money to buyers which made him a promising hero. He continued delivering hits with O Chinadana, Aadutu Paaduthu, Khadgam, Pellam Oorelte, Ottesi Cheptunna.
He did important roles in Chiranjeevi's Shankar Dada MBBS and Venkatesh's Sankranthi. He turned villain with NBK's Akhanda. He acted in Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil films also. Srikanth also ventured into OTT with webseries Chadarangam and Shoot Out At Alair. Srikanth married actress OOha and they have three children, sons Roshan, Rohan and daughter Medha. His song Roshan also turned into hero and is currently doing films.
