SS Rajamouli is surely on the top of the world at the moment. The name, fame, recognition for his hardwork everything is like a dream come true. Many legendary Hollywood directors now known the name, SS Rajamouli. This is truly a pride moment for Indian Film Industry. While RRR starring NTR and Ram Charan won Golden Globe Award for Naatu Naatu song composed by MM Keeravani, SS Rajamouli has met many renowned filmmakers like Steven Spielberg and James Cameron. The Avatar and Titanic Director is considered as the top filmmaker in the world cinema right now. It was a surreal experience for not only Rajamouli but for entire Indian film fraternity that someone like James Cameron who is considered as visionary and on the top of his game has praised an Indian film RRR by analysing details from it. He has watched the film for two time. He himself revealed that he even cheered and stand up for some exciting moments while he was watching the film at his home. His wife revealed that he recommended the film to her and watched for the second time along with her with child like excitement. Rajamouli said to James Cameron that he is his biggest inspiration and the appreciation coming from him is more than an award for him.
Cameron also talked to MM Keeravani and mentioned that the music he used in the film is different and enhanced the feelings. But, the interesting thing he has mentioned is he has imagined what it was like for Indians to watch the film after undergoing all the hurt and oppression. He watched the film from the perspective of Indian audiences and expressed it is the most commendable aspect. This shows that Cameron is not merely appreciating an already widely popular film but is truly invested in it and loved it.
Finally the icing on the cake is James Cameron saying to Rajamouli that, " If you ever wanna make a movie here, let’s talk ", a goosebumps moment for every movie lover.
