Balakrishna Clarifies About His Controversial Comments

NBK Apologised For His Remarks

Nandamuri Balakrishna's new film Veera Simha Reddy is currently running successfully in theatres. The film which was released on 12th January as Sankranthi Special garnered highest collections on its release day in NBK's career. Balayya is currently celebrating Sankranthi festival at his brother-in-law TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu's home Village, Nara Vaari Palle in Chittore District. Balayya along with their family members watched Veera Simha Reddy at a threatre in Chandragiri.

Balakrishna while talking to press made comments about Devabrahmanas community. In his speech he mentioned that Ravana Brahma is the leader of Devabrahmanas. This ignited controversy that it is wrong and it isn't right that to attain ravana who represents evil in mythology to Devabrahmanas community and term his as a their leader. Balakrishna who is also people's representative issued an apology and clears the air. 

Balakrishna in his pressnote stated that he was misinformed about Ravanabrahma as leader of Devabrahmana's and he came to know about that. He said that he never hurt anyone and their sentiments, it is came to his notice that some Devabrahmanas were hurt by his remarks. He didn't wantedly made those comments and clarified that in an unfortunate moment he spoke that in a casual manner. He apologised for his remarks saying that Devabrahmana brothers and sisters will understand his intention.
