Gopichnad is known for his power packed roles. But, Loukyam changed his course and he started doing entertainers also. During the episode of "Unstoppable” show hosted by Nandamuri Balakrishna, Prabhas and Gopichand gracing the show, the title of the film was announced as “Rama Banam''.
On the auspicious occasion of Sankranthi, the title of the movie is announced as “Rama Banam” along with an interesting title poster. Rama Banam is said to be with a strong storyline that combines family emotions with a social message. Gopichand will be seen in a different role in this film. The film is being made on a grand scale with a high budget. Dimple Hayati is playing the female lead opposite Gopichand, while Jagapathi Babu and Khushbu will be seen as his brother and sister-in-law respectively. The shooting of this film is in its final stages.
TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla are producing the film on People Media Factory. Bhupathi Raja has provided the story for this movie, while Vetri Palani Swamy is handling cinematography and Mickey J Meyer is composing the music. It is announced that Rama Banam will be released in theatres in the summer of 2023.
