Star Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is known for her good looks as well as for her performances in varied roles. She shot to fame nation wide by enacting a bold role in Amazon Prime web series, The Family Man Season 2. She even performed stunts on her own in that series. Samantha is one among the few heroines who has the craze to do female oriented films. Her recent film Yashoda garnered good response and did decent business at the boxoffice. Her another heroine centric film Shaakunthalam, a Mythological love story in Gunasekhar's direction is due for its release. Stakes and expectations are higher on this film. 

To everyone's shock Samantha revealed about her medical condition Myositis. She exudes confidence that she will overcome her condition and recover completely. She is currently doing Kushi with Vijay Deverakonda. The team is waiting for her as she is undergoing her treatment. Speaking to scribes, Samantha revealed that whenever she gets angry she goes to gym and do rigorous workouts which subsides her anger. She also said that she never bothered about money or fame but only about her acting. 

Samantha Ruth Prabhu also opened up by saying she indulges completely in whatever role she did and completely enjoys it. She also said that she is her biggest critic and extended saying that without known out faults and negatives we didn't evolve. Adding to that Samantha said nothing will be done if time isn't our side despite all our efforts. When everything is not working she said she will stop thinking and get a good sleep. She concluded saying one must live according to one's wishes. We didn't came to this world for the appreciation or certification of others. When we learn to be happy with what we have, then everything will fall in place and all needs will be fulfilled, says Samantha.
