RRR is not only a phenomenon it is growing bigger and bigger than that. This SS Rajamouli Directorial in its race to Oscars, leaving no stone unturned. It is bagging numerous prestigious Awards on its name. The latest is RRR, created history on Wednesday by getting five nominations at the prestigious Critics Choice Awards. As the Critics Choice Awards announced their 2023 nominations, the Magnum Opus has received nods for Best Picture, Best Director (SS Rajamouli), Best Foreign Language Film, Best Visual Effects and Best Song (Naatu Naatu).
RRR is a pre-Independence fictional story woven around two real-life Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju played by Ram Charan and Komaram Bheem portrayed by NTR in the 1920s. The film released worldwide in March in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. It also stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in key roles. The film has also bagged two nominations in the Golden Globe Awards 2023.
But, the film after its release in Netflix has gained more attention and special shows were screened in Theatres calling it as an EncoRRRe. It became huge success and everyone especially the Hollywood people got bowled over by its sheer brilliance.
